Terms of Use
These short terms cover your use of the Dark Plaz Tech site, including Lab-07 and the member portal. They are written in plain English. You must be 18 or older to apply for access or use the members areas.
01Acceptance
By using this site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
02Age requirement
You must be 18 or older to apply for access, take the assessment or use the members areas (Lab-07 and the member portal). By applying or entering the members areas, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We will remove access for anyone we learn is under 18.
03What this site is
This site is an informational preview of the Dark Plaz Tech plasma gun program. It is not a store, and nothing on it is an offer to sell, a product listing or product data. Nothing on the site is a promise or statement about how the plasma gun performs.
04Access and clearance
Lab-07, the member portal and any clearance are granted at Dark Plaz Tech's discretion. Passing the assessment does not guarantee access, and we can refuse, limit or revoke access at any time, for any reason.
05Members area
The members-only pages unlock in your browser when you pass the assessment. Don't share direct links to them or let anyone else use your clearance. See the Privacy Notice for how this works.
06Acceptable use
When using this site, you agree not to:
- misuse the site or its content, or use it for anything unlawful;
- try to build, copy, reverse-engineer or modify the plasma gun or any similar device;
- use the plasma gun, or anything you learn here, to harm, threaten or endanger anyone or anything;
- bypass, disable or get around the assessment, sign-in or any other access control, or use someone else's access.
We may remove access for anyone who breaks these rules.
07Restricted content
Footage, images and briefings in Lab-07 and the member portal are restricted previews. Do not copy, download, re-upload, share or otherwise redistribute them without our written permission. All site content belongs to Dark Plaz Tech.
08Footage and images
Some footage and images on this site are edited, darkened, redacted or composite. Concept renders are illustrative only and may not show the actual device. Don't rely on any image or video as an exact record of the device or a test.
09Safety
The plasma gun is high-voltage, extreme-temperature equipment. It can cause severe burns, electric shock, eye injury, fire and death.
- Nothing on this site is instructions, guidance or a design for building, modifying or operating such equipment.
- Do not try to build, copy, modify or operate a plasma gun or any similar high-voltage or plasma equipment.
- The assessment is a general knowledge check. Passing it does not qualify or certify anyone to handle this equipment.
- Demonstrations shown were performed by trained personnel under controlled conditions.
10No warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate, but we make no promises that it is complete, current, error-free or always available.
11Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Dark Plaz Tech is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of this site or from acting on anything you see on it, including any attempt to build or operate equipment.
12Indemnity
If you break these terms or misuse the site or anything shown on it, and someone makes a claim against Dark Plaz Tech because of it, you agree to cover the resulting losses and costs, to the extent the law allows.
13Governing law

14Changes
We may update these terms at any time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
